Netflix House
Created as a permanent experiential platform, Netflix House extends Netflix beyond the screen into a physical world of stories, food, play, retail, and shared fandom. The challenge was to define a flexible experience system that could feel unmistakably Netflix while adapting across IP, markets, formats, and venue scales.
I contributed to the experience concept and playbook, helping define the creative foundation before later agency partners brought the concept to life. The work shaped how the experience would come together across spatial concept, visitor journey, program, seating, art, retail, lighting, wayfinding, verbal identity, uniforms, and connected digital touchpoints. Rather than treating each element separately, the playbook clarified how every layer could build immersion, guide behavior, support fandom, and connect back to Netflix’s storytelling world.
The project translated Netflix’s entertainment ecosystem into a repeatable physical experience model. It gave future Netflix Houses a shared creative foundation for fan immersion, hospitality, retail, programming, and brand expression.
