Chobani Café FW25
For Fall/Winter 2025, Chobani Café became the setting for Joy Full, a seasonal activation about the things that truly fill our lives: food, gratitude, generosity, and being together. The opportunity was to make the café feel more meaningful during the holiday season, connecting Chobani’s belief in nourishment with acts of care for the wider community.
I helped bring the concept to life through interior styling, events, and pop-up activations. At Thanksgiving, employees and community members gathered to learn from chefs, practice knife skills, and prepare vegetable kits for Henry Street Settlement’s pantry distribution. A cookie-decorating workshop with the Lower East Girls Club, led by food artist Jen Monroe of Bad Taste, created another playful moment of making and connection. In December, a Turkish chestnut cart served warm roasted chestnuts outside the café, bringing a winter tradition from Chobani founder Hamdi Ulukaya’s home country to New York.
The activation extended the café beyond food service into a place of gathering, giving, creativity, and cultural exchange. It made Joy Full tangible through shared rituals, connecting what nourishes us with what we can create and offer others.
